Update review. They did respond to me with a credit for one item while the other item had shipped. They offered credit or return. I just received the items and elected to keep them. While unfortunate that I never received order confirmation, I did check spam file as well , it appears they did fulfill the order in a timely manner. With all the fraud and scams out there it is hard to trust a company you have not heard of. I did take that chance and it worked out in the end. I appreciate there follow up on this matter therefore I rescind my original review.
