My partner has used Gun post for well over a year now and I am posting on their behalf with permission. It is a great shame that the moderators/admins seem not to have developed the customer service aspect of the business. Communication from the team is unprofessional at best and downright rude/condescending at worst While I enjoy the site and the functionality that it provides, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to be impartial to both sellers and buyers is far from desirable. Gun Post typically will side with sellers and often hand out account bans to customers who they disagree with, even with blatant evidence that they themselves are in the wrong. I might add that I normally will never leave a negative review despite my experiences with a business, the customer service has been so, so poor from Gun Post that I felt I had to make an exception in this case. Hopefully someone from management see's this review, however from reading the previous responses to other reviews, I very much doubt it ever will reach that level.EDIT Once again, your lack of a professional response is sorely disappointing. Any company worth their two cents would understand this. I am not a banned user and will continue to sell on your site. I kept this review anonymous for fear of retribution from your awful customer service department (if you can even call it that).
