COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!! I NEVER received my manual/program material I paid for 11 months ago. I have reached out to the program multiple times over the past year... They said to be patient with the shipping... well FIVE MONTHS later, I had to move back to the States (still couldn't start the program as I never received it), gave them the new address, NOTHING. Now way to reach them except an email, including three weeks ago... I need the manual to start the program. They haven't even replied to me. Its a total SCAM. They never reply. I'm filing a fraud claim and will be contacting Visa because they scammed me out money for this fake "program" that doesn't exist.
