I used Gutology for about 6 months now. I was initially looking for something without the chemicals of big brand toothpaste and did a lot of research. I’ve also focused on gut health and microbiome-friendly swaps in general so loved that aspect of it. Have been happy with it but unfortunately have also ended up with horrible decay in one tooth and needed a root canal and expensive crown. This is the first cavity/decay I've had in about 20 years. Obviously can't say it's 100% linked to the switch to Gutology toothpaste but that's the only change in my dental care routine. Now unsure whether to switch back to normal toothpaste or another smaller brand, as don't feel confident about Gutology any longer.
