Update on my experience with this company: I've sent them proof of my laser being delivered to their warehouse, but after three months, I'm still being told they can't find it. I initially purchased two lasers, one of which was replaced due to issues. I'm now struggling to get a refund for the second unit that was returned. Their support has been unhelpful, and I may need to escalate this issue. I have proof of delivery but still face challenges in receiving my refund.
