AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY...I had a small ( Eur 6 ) residual balance and they proposed to charge me $ 2 monthly inactivity fee. They wouldn't let me withdraw the cash asking instead that I donate it to their charity. I have just left the balance to get eaten by their fatuous fee. Making any progress through their automated call system is also enormously frustrating. Just pay the prevailing FX rate when you travel, these people are just too difficult to deal with.
