WARNING to any new members wishing to join this gym

Utter marketing lies, misinformation and misselling about their monthly membership with only "one month" notice period for cancellation. It's NOT one month notice period as they advertise, and tell you when you join the gym. It is almost 2 months in actuality when you try to cancel the membership by giving one month's written notice. For example, if you give notice on the 2nd of March, they expect you to pay for the gym until the 30th of April (NOT 2nd of April as one would expect based on their promises about "one month notice period"). It does says so in their T&C's that the membership will terminate at the end of the following calendar month after notice was given (as the cut-off date for cancellation is the last day of a calendar month). But this was never communicated at the time of joining and they do not give you a joining pack too with any T&C's that you can refer to. They try to deceive customers by hiding the actual notice period under obscure T&C's online on their website, which they refer to whilst trying to cancel your membership by giving one month's written notice by email.But to be honest, worst than all of this is actually their arrogant and bullying attitude and pathetic customer service!! I have never ever come across a gym and management team such as this before. As everyone knows, when things go wrong or dispute develops is when you really see the true colour of people and their nature. None of their management team including the owner whom I have liaised with have any customer service skills whatsoever. They are outright bullies with threatening behaviour and zero intention of treating customers with respect!!! You do not want to give your money to them no matter how cheap they are trying to sell their membership and lure customers in. Their membership and marketing gimmicks might be enticing but this is not the kind of gym you want to give your hard earned money to. There are plenty of other gyms out there with much better customer service, business ethics and moral code.
