Joining was straightforward, but attempting to cancel my membership became a highly negative experience. After submitting my cancellation request, I received repeated unwanted calls, prank calls, and abusive messages from the gym, which I consider to be harassment and wholly unprofessional conduct. This behaviour falls far below what is expected of a legitimate business and has caused significant distress. I would strongly advise others to review the cancellation terms carefully and exercise caution before joining.
