I've ordered 3 peanut butter jars. Well, two of them arrived open... One had a broken lid and foil; the other had an okay lid, but the foil was almost gone. Given that all three jars were perfectly packaged, it's very unlikely they were broken during transport. I cannot be sure if someone hasn't just opened them, so I am not going to accept the product in this condition. I took photos during the opening as evidence, yet I am being asked to ship it back, well packaged, so it doesn't break with no photos or evidence? That's kind of a meme.
