Tried the Tikka Masala last night and I have to say how good it was. Didn’t have time to marinade the chicken thighs so I covered them in the sauce and grilled them. My teenage son, who is the most fussy eater I know, said it was “amazing.” I have never heard him use that word to describe any food before, so I’ll definitely be buying again!
