I felt compelled to leave a review because it is that good! So far, I've used the Tandoori marinade with Tikka Masala sauce. I can't understand why anyone would say these sauces are bland! I marinated chicken thighs in the Tandoori marinade for 6 hours, adding lime to the thighs, and roasted them in the oven before transferring them into the Tikka Masala sauce. The result was THE most flavourful chicken tikka masala I've ever had! Better than the takeaways and many Indian restaurants. I fear that those complaining about the sauce lacking flavour are simply not marinating their meat before cooking.
