Twice I was given a time for delivery and twice the products were not delivered. I emailed for a refunds Despite emailing the company for a refund, three days on they have not even bothered to respond to my email. The tracking shows DPD is returning the order to sender without having made any attempt to deliver. Seems Gymkhana and DPD are as bad as each other. The response from Gymkhana says they do not work weekends however my complaint was sent on a Thursday not at the weekend.
