I ordered direct and my order was delivered to a ‘neighbour’ without permission or consultation. Given this ‘neighbour’ is an off-licence a 10 minute drive away on a day I was home, I am left with the impression no attempt was made to deliver. I emailed customer service with no response and still have not received my order.
