Item arrived in damaged box with parts missing. I strongly suspect the item had previously been returned as the cardboard/shrink wrap with the screws, nuts, bolts and washers was opened (hard to see how that could happen transit). Customer service person was rude and insisted it was not a return and blamed everything on the courier. No apology offered. Poor service and I have decided to use Northern to fit out the rest of my garage gym instead of gym master.
