Ordered some weights for son in law’s birthday. Was given a day for delivery by their preferred courier DX. I took day off work as was given an all day window for delivery as Gymmaster don’t pay the little extra for a delivery slot. Received a message from courier in late afternoon saying unable to deliver. I had to reschedule another day and the same thing happened. Two wasted days sat in waiting. Today (day 3) I called courier midday who kindly inform me that they can only deliver parcels up to 21kg. They reiterated Gymmaster are well aware of the terms and conditions of this agreement and with my parcel being 32.5kg it will never be delivered. I have wasted 3 days of A/L waiting for a parcel. Very P’d off customer
