I wrote a review earlier this week as I was missing some parts,so I thought it was only fair to submit another to share my experience regarding the matter. Gym master customer service couldn't have been better in any way, everything sorted out no fuss and received missing items next day delivery. Installation was easy and the cable crossover machine is strong and sturdy,it wouldn't be out of place in any gym . So I've awarded 5 stars .Happy customer, thank you
