Awful customer service. Ordered a Cable Crossover Machine as a gift and the delivery was a shambles with little help from Gym Master. Tracking from the delivery company reported 9 of 10 boxes, Gym Masters response was that it’ll probably arrive the next day. No sign of the missing box after a week so I contacted again, Gym Masters didn’t believe that the box was missing so checked with the delivery company who confirmed and would then investigate. Gym Masters refused to reissue the missing box. 10 days late the missing box arrived, as the courier was unloading the box different pieces of equipment like washers/bolts were rolling around the back of the van. After another few days Gym Master dispatched the missing parts. Requested a refund of the £40 delivery charge due to the issues/delays/missing parts were ignored.
