Well where do I start, please bear with me, I purchased the cable machine from this Company, arrived promptly, assembled and then realised that one of the bars at the side rub against the cable as you pull it down to work on your triceps as an example. I also realised the overall build quality was very poor it wasn't sitting level and the cable itself would get damaged pretty soon.I then contacted the so called customer service team to send this back, they made this such a nightmare for me , threatening me with senior management involvement etc. Once I did send it back they analysed it like it's a £20k machine and noticed the slightest mark, and stated it was damaged and they wouldn't refund me, and were offering £75 gift voucher to spend on the website. The easy damage on the machine shows it's very poor quality and will not last.They have my item and my money and are refusing to refund me anything, I hope it comes back on them as karma works that way.I wouldn't use this company again even if someone paid me to do so.I'm not really sure the reviews are genuine as honestly speaking this is one of the worst company's I have ever dealt with, very very bad non existent customer service.I would give a minus 10 review if I could
