Really love the instructional videos by the coaches. Very simple and easy to follow. The encouragement you get throughout the workouts are great too. The product quality is high and I like how I can do loads of different variations of excerises with just the band and bar.
I 1st downloaded the app while waiting for the band to be delivered and had access. But when the band was delivered and I tried signing back in. It would let me after trying lots of different way you would nor ally trouble shoot a app problem. It wasn't until 4z days later the problem seemed to correct itself but did mean I didnt have access to the app for that time. This is minor, of course and there have been no other issues.
