I got 2 emails stating I joined the trial period recently. I dont know how that could have happened and how do I not get charged not once but twice. The emails states I joined trial Sat at around 6:30 which I was preparing to go out to a concert by 7pm so thats a No. And then again Sunday morning. I would have been asleep. Again I went out the night before to a concert. So Im guessing pop up ads and being hit while looking at the screen to view the time on the phone mid sleep. And as far as the Saturday one, No idea as I traveled to reach the venue I was attending. What card would they even charge is the question. What email???? Trying to reach the site it asks to login. I have no login information saved for the site. I do not want to create one because I do not need and will not be using the service. Any help is appreciated. How do I cancel a trial period I didn't subscribe to back to back within hours of each other.
