The courses are helpful, and very educational. However, some things that are listed as facts can be misleading, so do your own deep dive and seaprately research the things you don't already know about that you learn in this course. For example, it says beans have an average of 21g of protein per 100g, and that's only true for 1 or 2 types of UNCOOKED beans, that are rare. White, black, and red beans from a can (what most of us use in cooking), only have an average of 8g of protein per 100g. Just be sure to do your own research. It's also overpriced and most of us going through infertility issues have many other medical bills to pay, supplements to buy, and even changing your diet according to this course is going to be expensive (I know because I did) so we really can't afford the $160ish for the membership.
