I was very excited to sign up for the program and based on the initial survey I was also looking forward to paying long term for the services. I paid for my trial and put in my email address and never received anything. I have tried both the forgot password and forgot email links to see if the issue was on my end and again have received nothing. It is making me very skeptical that this is a legitimate company especially since there is no other way to report complaints. All I wanted to do was access my account to begin the program that I paid for, now I really don’t want to move forward with the services at all.
