Fantastic service from Jag and have recommended to friends. 1st time ever having work done to our house and wanted an architect who wouldn't force "their" ideas on us, but one that would also help us and explain everything as we literally had no knowledge on planning/building.From the 1st contact we had, he explained how the process works, what his fees cover etc etc. The transparency of the fees part in particular was important to us and we paid bit by bit depending on when the next "stage" of the process was reached. Jag came round to visit for an hour before we'd even instructed him and that chat was so helpful and we clicked with Jag and knew we would work well together.Thanks for all the help Jag! We know its your job but you made a stressful experience for "newbies" much easier to understand - and of course end result all plans approved - which is perfect!
