I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this moving company.I paid $404 upfront to start the moving process for a scheduled move on 1/8/26–1/9/26. On the day of the move, the company canceled and left me completely stranded without movers or assistance. This created a very stressful and disruptive situation.My main point of contact was Deby, whose communication was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Attempts to resolve the issue respectfully were met with poor customer service and no accountability.Even though no moving services were ever performed, the company has refused to refund my $404 payment. From my experience, they accepted payment but failed to deliver the agreed service or properly resolve the issue afterward.Customers should be very careful about paying upfront fees and should thoroughly research this company before booking. I am currently pursuing formal complaints and other remedies to recover my money.I hope this review helps others avoid going through the same experience I did
