I ordered a Red extinguisher. H3R sent me a Black one. I sent it back, and H3R sent me a Red one that was loose in it’s box, and had corrosion on top of the handle. The factory seal, assuring that it had never been used, was broken. After a good deal of hassle, that one was returned. I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the $158.41 charges. I would strongly urge that no one do business with this company!
