Worst agency. We’re checking out as tenants and have had to chase for every single piece of information: how much is our last rent, where and when to drop the keys, check out, inventory etc. No follow up on email after our contact went on mat leave, being bounced around on the phone, told one thing than the opposite. Very hard to stay calm in the face of such incompetence.
