Called the Coventry branch to arrange for someone to look at my dads house as he was thinking of selling or letting it , advised that he was not 100% sure but wanted some figures to help make up his mind . The day of the viewing I received a confirmation call from haart I confirmed that my dad was expecting them but that he would not be signing up that day as he would be also getting another agent to value the house, the person I was speaking to said a online valuation ( similar property prices in the area ) would be easier, this isn’t something that was wanted ,as better if the agent looks at the house in person , agreed to keep to the original appointment , no body showed up .
