First time working with Haart. Every time I call there is no one to answer the call. Even my tenant said the same thing. Calls are being forwarded to another branch where no one knows anything about the property in question. A promise of call back but no one ever calls you back. Rent is in delay, maintenance issues not being communicated despite repeated request on update. Account gets charged before bills are raised. Finally I have taken over the maintenance. All I want now is rent to be collected and delivered to me, seems too much of an ask. Still going back and forth. Can someone from the top of the ladder in Haart please look into this?
