Do not use APL Lawyers which is the company whom Haart estate agents recommend ...I’m currently in the middle of a property sale and purchase using APL Lawyers, and the experience so far has been incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, I now feel stuck with them, as switching solicitors mid-way would only cause more delays — otherwise, I would have changed firms long ago.Communication has been a major issue from the start. Phone calls go unanswered, voicemails are ignored, and emails take up to a week or more to get a response — if I get one at all. This is completely unacceptable when dealing with something as time-sensitive and stressful as buying and selling property.To make matters worse, I’ve been passed around between multiple solicitors with no consistency or accountability. It’s clear that there’s a serious lack of organisation and urgency. Every time I finally hear back, I’m left feeling like I’m starting from scratch.At this stage, all I want is to complete and move on — but based on how things have gone so far, I wouldn’t recommend APL Solicitors to anyone. If you’re looking for clear communication, timely responses, and a smooth process, I suggest looking elsewhere.
