Lynna is a massive problem. She is malicious and petty, if she does not like you as a client she will go out of her way to make your life difficult. Employees leave because of her toxic behavior. Clients complain about being left on read for weeks, or not getting clear responses back that lead to more questions. This has been my experience with her also for nearly 11 months straight. I have to make a formal complaint to her line manager just to get her to do something. Avoid her at all costs your mental health and stress levels will be better for it I promise you.
