I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Haart lettings, particularly with my assigned property manager, Malwina. Communication has been consistently poor, emails and calls go unanswered for days, sometimes weeks, making it nearly impossible to resolve even basic issues in a timely manner.More seriously, I was subjected to an illegal rent increase that violated the terms of my tenancy agreement and current housing regulations. When I raised concerns, they were either dismissed or ignored entirely.No one should have to tolerate this kind of behavior, it’s unprofessional, unacceptable, and deeply concerning.I would strongly caution anyone considering this agency to think twice. Tenants deserve to be treated fairly, respectfully, and within the bounds of the law , none of which I experienced here, all thanks to Malwina.If there was a ZERO star, I would gladly give it.
