I went with Harrt estate agent to rent my house out for 6 months whilst I was abroad, I have to say I was very disappointed with the overall service. I payed for full management and despite the tenants causing a lot of damage and breaking things I received £50 back at the end, I should of been entitled to a lot more but I didn’t have the time and headspace to stick it out. The estate agent always had the tenants best interest and I felt like Harrt just wanted my money. They were VERY hard to get hold of, never rang back, charged unexpected bills without consent and just did not seem to care at all. My emails would never get responded to. I ended up having to go into the letting agents to settle everything (amicably) but it was the only way to sort eventually. I am very late with this (2023)but feel it needs to be said. I am not one to ever be rude or complain but I would not go with Harrt again. Sean Doherty was incredible and did his very best for me. I’m not going to name names but everyone else was pretty hopeless.
