Do not rent a property with this agency one of the worst ones I have experienced!! We moved into our home 4 months ago and the issues started the day we moved in. Things were still left in the property from the previous tennants (including massive wardrobes which we had been told wouldnt be there when we moved in which we had to take apart to fit our furniture in) it hadnt been cleaned and there were maintenance issues. I tried to contact the office on the day. Nobody answered which seems to be a running theme with the property management at this place! Everytime I have managed to speak to someone they claim they have no idea what I am talking about pass the blame to someone who doesnt even work in the department anymore with the promise of calling/emailing with an update. It took 2 months to get someone to fix a leak in the ensuite (which was so bad the ceiling has a huge bowed lump). The rest of the issues including more that have since been found have still not been done. They still dont answer calls. The latest one they finally answered said no idea what i was waiting for even though THEY have sent TWO seperate contractors out to list the jobs & take photos of what needs doing. I have left messages with the manager I even emailed her last week with the list of complaints stating everything that has happened so far and I didnt even get an acknowledgement reply!! AVOID!!!
