Appalling service. Advertised with Harrt and their very well sold 'services' had only 3 viewings in 6 months. 2 of which were very odd and couldn't seem less interested in the property. The 3rd was an utter timewaster made an offer and pulled out wasting our time.On termination with them they have lost our key which was given to them in good faith!Price is extortionate compared to other agents £1500 cheaper elsewhere! God knows why we thought it would be better service but lesson learned! If you're not in a rush or bothered by moving go for it but if you want a smooth sale of your house I strongly suggest you look elsewhere!
