They say moving house is one of the most stressful experiences in life — and in my view, involving the service only amplifies that stress significantly. At the beginning, when assessing the property and getting it listed, they were extremely accommodating. Their sales pitch was smooth and persuasive. However, once I was officially on board, everything quickly deteriorated. Communication became almost nonexistent. Customer support felt like an afterthought. The escalation process was awkward and unproductive, and several team members seemed rude. The replies I received felt generic and dismissive, as if I wasn’t a valued client at all. From my perspective, if you’re a buyer, they appear eager to assist — but as a seller, it felt like I was expected to accommodate them. Overall, I found the service to be unprofessional and deeply frustrating. This is just my personal experience, but I would highly recommend considering your options carefully before choosing to engage with them.
