Haart Wembley managed our property for around 1.5 years, and unfortunately the experience was consistently disappointing. Communication was always very slow, with responses coming late or not at all.
They failed to arrange proper cleaning services, and even after we paid for professional cleaning ourselves, we were not reimbursed as promised. Now, they have completely stopped responding to our calls and emails.
Overall, the lack of accountability and professionalism has caused us significant stress and financial loss. I would advise other landlords and tenants to be very cautious before working with this branch.
