This was my first bootcamp experience. 1. It was knowledge-based and supported by scientific evidence. The positive sound healing was remarkable, and the water felt charged with positive energy. 2. The techniques taught were simple enough for everyone, from children to grandparents, making it accessible for all busy individuals. We learned three effective techniques. 3. The community was vibrant, sharing successes and helping each other overcome personal blockages. We were given three straightforward assignments. All the wonderful participants had a chance to feel lighter, more energetic, and become WARRIORS OF HAPPINESS. I AM A HAPPY WARRIOR.
