We purchased a property in Attleborough, and it had a conservatory, great we thought, its what we had always wanted, and true for 3 months out of 12 it was perfect, it was too hot in the Summer (130 degrees) and too cold in the winter and pretty much un-useable. So we started to look around for a company to replace the roof. We stumbled across Habify, did the usual check of reviews, and made contact. The consultant that came out listened to what we needed and gave us a cost, we didn't feel any pressure but felt comfortable that they were the right choice. So we signed up, we were then visited by a surveyor who checked over everything, and a date was booked.Our two fitters Danny and Joe were beyond brilliant - they worked tirelessly and just needed to be watered with Coke and Ribena - they took down the old conservatory and set to put together the new one as we had also opted for new windows and doors - it was a far more involved task. Nothing seemed too much trouble, they carefully worked to make it right, they did things not because it made their life easier but because they wanted to do a good job. Callum put in all the electrics and two superb plasterers did all the wall boarding and skimming - Lewis and George and some of the best plastering I have seen. Rebecca was on hand in the office and Hugo the MD visited the site several times and called to make sure things were progressing. There were challenges along the way, the previous installer had bodged a few things, but they always found solutions with what is a retrofit but everything was sorted out.I cannot recommend Habify enough, in a world where you struggle to find construction trades you can trust this is one I felt I could trust. The end product is superb and I have no doubt it will be enjoyed for the next 20 years. My advice if you are thinking about using Habify, is to do it. Have realistic expectations after all until they pull down the old conservatory they don't know what they don't know but more than that know that they do care and they will overcome any issues they face.The trades always arrived on time, communications were prompt with the office, and I have no doubt they worked tirelessly in the office to sort parts out throughout the project and get trades to the site as needed.
