I ordered a shower tray for bathroom renovation. The delivery time indicated on the website was 10 working days. I waited 4 weeks. The product, which is very heavy, made of resin and minerals, arrived packed in thin cardboard, which resulted in damage. Customer service promised me to replace it as soon as possible... But unfortunately it took another 5 weeks.I lost the construction team, nerves, time. Although the customer service support was pleasant, but they do not provide accurate information like tracking number ...They work as a middle man between manufacturers and logistics companies. Therefore, there are a lot of uncertainties and misunderstandings. I would not recommend this internet shop unless you have a lot of time and nerves.
