This has been one of the most complicated shopping experiences i have ever had in a long time. After receiving a product that i do not need or wish to keep sind it was too big for the desired purpose. I was asked to take images before sending back on my own cost! I sent images and got the green light to send it to spain from germany causing more cost on my end. The shop i spain refused to take the product back and sent it back to me (again on my cost) saying it was not wrapped properly. Whereas i used the original packaging that it came in. This is a scam and a joke. What kind of online shop operates lime this in 2026?! I will not be ordering anything from here again and do not recommend anyone to use it if u want to pay triple the price a small gadget. Unacceptable!!!
