Never buy goods from this company. We bought a fridge for £700 and within one year it has stopped working. Their warranty and 'repair' timeline is beyond ridiculous- 28 days to 'escalate the issue', requiring us to stay home from work so the engineer can come, wrong parts ordered and no replacement offered if they deem it is 'fixable'. We've gone 3 weeks now and they've just rescheduled the repair appointment on the day with no guarantees of when this will be resolved. Avoid this company at all costs.
