Emerald helped me with the issue I was having regarding the lack off possibility to ship my order to my country of origin and stay. They have helped me solve this problem by returning back the charged amount since I was not able to spend my credits by buying products from their webshop. I only wish I was completely reimbursed/refunded and not only according to my last top-up.
