I have a wonderful stylist. Therefore, I have no issues in this area. What I don't understand is I pay full price for the services rendered while, I'm sitting in a germ-infested split salon chair. I can feel the stuffing of the chair on my bottom, my stylist cannot move me to another chair due to all of them are in the exact same condition. Also, there's only one bathroom in this facility and its bacteria laden as well. Old urine is dried up in the basin of the toilet. The floors are old and nasty. When I walk into this facility, I feel like I'm walking into a dump, and it has not always been this way.As a dedicated customer will you please look into this matter and correct it.
