Something doesn't seem right with this place. I contacted them and they responded by asking to see pictures, then said that I could have a consultation over the phone or via video call, without even seeing me in person. That's below standards in the UK. How can you check or feel the quality and density of the hair? How can you assess the scalp or the donor area? When I asked for an in-person consultation they wanted to charge me £200 to see a surgeon, why would I pay to see a surgeon who is supposed to be selling me their expertise and showing me the quality of their work before I decide to pay any money? So if you dont think their work isn’t good quality during the consultation, they will still have made money from you. I'd find another clinic, many clinics in the UK offer free consultations and better before and after results. If I had read these reviews I wouldn't have contacted them.
