I'm really disappointed with the results. I had an intense hair transplant on the top and crown area with over 4,000 grafts last year, but the outcome has been underwhelming. The doctor only came in to make space for the new grafts, and the technicians handled the rest. Even after a year and a half, the results are poor. I lost a significant amount of transplanted hair post-surgery, despite being told the new hair would be permanent. I've scheduled several follow-up appointments, but they have been rescheduled multiple times. It seems like they aren't interested in seeing old patients after payment. I regret not traveling to another location for more experienced doctors.
