I arrived to a less than warm welcome. Some young staff members were on their phones and didn't even greet me. The clinic felt worn and tired, and the room was chilly. The bedding was in poor condition, and I didn't leave with much confidence. However, I did appreciate the doctor's advice against surgery due to blood pressure concerns, which I am thankful for. He was professional. The staff that checked on me seemed inexperienced and lacked people skills. After not proceeding with the surgery, the company withheld half of my payment, and I will have to pursue them legally. I'm disappointed, and had I been fit for the procedure, I would not choose this company again despite the doctor's professionalism.
