The 2 techs that were then working on my head kept me informed and offered assurances all throughout the extraction and implementation procedures. I am very happy with the initial results and the aftercare package is very informative. The proof will be in the pudding over the next 12 months though. NB. You are given lunch on the day, but it is just an M&S sandwich with a banana and a carton of apple juice. So if you are likely to get hungry, bring snacks.
