To begin with hair looked great. 4 years on , over 50% of new hair has come out. So have them the benefit of the doubt, contact them on their 90% hair stays or “we do it again” policy. And they said the hair that fell out is my old hair and quoted me £2500 including a new patch. So I then contact with a new customer quote and quoted £2000! £500 less for new customers. No trust at all! Fed me a sandwich halfway through the op , put the sandwhich on the bloody chair and that’s where I eat it. Happened 2020
