I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience a few months after my FUE hair transplant, especially having seen some mixed opinions online.I had my procedure on 10th February with Dr Munir and the team at the Hair Growth Centre, Manchester. I’m 44 and had thinning around my crown, so after doing some research and getting a few recommendations, I decided to go for it.I arrived feeling a bit anxious, wondering if I was doing the right thing. The clinic was clean, busy, and well-organised. After a quick consultation and blood pressure check, I met Dr Munir. He talks fast, but clearly knows his stuff and put me at ease. After a quick haircut (no going back after that! 😅), the procedure began. It lasted all day — I had around 3,500 grafts thanks to a strong donor area. The extractions were done by the trained team, while Dr Munir handled all the incisions himself. The day was long but smooth, and I appreciated how clear they were about the timeline — results take 12 to 16 months, so it’s a journey, not an instant fix.Aftercare has been good. I had a few questions and was able to get answers via WhatsApp within a day or two. You also get access to a patient portal, which was really helpful for aftercare guidance.Recovery has gone well so far — I’ve started seeing early growth (like baby hairs), and I’m hopeful it’ll thicken over the coming months. All in all, I’m really happy with how it went and would recommend the clinic based on my experience. I only wish I’d done it sooner. I’ll update this review as time goes on, but so far so good!Photos to follow.
