Same as the many other 1 star reviews I used their Manchester Deansgate surgery and have regretted it ever since.Firstly, they lied about how many grafts. As every other genuine review on trustpilot will tell you, they promise over 3,000 grafts but give you nowhere near that amount on the day of surgery (yet still charge you full price). The key to a good hair transplant is implanting as many grafts in as small an area as possible. What this 'clinic' does is take the bare minimum and give you a patchy, uneven hairline that looks as convincing as a children's doll!I now how to pay a proper surgeon to fix their mess which is costing me more than what it would have cost had I just gone with a proper surgeon in the first place. Plus the results might not be as good as the Hair Growth Centre have basically wasted many of my stronger hair grafts with their slapdash implantation. Slight consolation, there's a possibility my surgery will be televised so I'll be sure to name and shame Hair Growth Centre for causing this mess in the first place.Shocking customer service, you simply cannot get an appointment with them post surgery - not that it'd be any use any way as they've already done the damage. There's nothing that can be done post-surgery any way. When I have managed to get an appointment, they don't honour it any way and point the finger at each other over who failed to book it into the outlook calendar. Excuses excuses!DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC! I point you towards the negative reporting on them in the Manchester Evening News AND they were investigated by Care Quality Commission and you can download the report yourself, here's just a few of their findings;"Not all areas in the clinic were clean.During our inspection, the registered manager was unable to demonstrate their assurance that all staff had the right to work in the UK and that staff had the training skills and competence to carry out their role.Surgical records did not always include information about which staff member had performed a procedure.The service medicines policy did not outline staff responsibilities for administration of medicines."The whole thing is beyond questionable. Ten years ago this lot were probably pushing PPI claims or whiplash claims - they've now moved into hair transplants and giving equally shoddy results.Don't fall for the fake 5 star reviews clearly written by a bot or someone that doesn't even speak English.AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!*update - Hair Growth Centre tried to get this review taken down. Twice! Rather than respond to my review with an apology; or offer to do anything to resolve my complaint, they basically tried to silence me on trustpilot instead. Sadly this is typical of their duplicitous behaviour and their rank inability to grasp the fundamentals of customer service. Rotten practice to the very core. You really need to look at hiring someone who has a basic idea of how to handle complaints.
